SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR:
1) IGNITE PRESENTATIONS
UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION
Ignite presentation’s presenters will be required to upload their presentations to the submission system by the 22nd of October. Please find below instructions for uploading your document:
- To submit your file please Log in to our system https://www.easyacademia.org/aea2021 and select the submission entry for which you want to submit your document
- Click on “upload presentation” on the “To-dos” column and follow the process for uploading your presentation
Accepted formats: PowerPoint (.ppt) and PDF (.pdf).
Please note that this action must be completed by the author who originally submitted the paper.
Format of the Ignite Presentation Session
Twenty slides automatically advance at 15-second intervals for a total presentation time of five minutes in length. You will also be allotted an additional 5 minutes for Q&A following your presentation.
2) POSTER PRESENTATIONS
UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION
Poster presenters will be required to upload their presentations to the submission system by the 22nd of October. Please find below instructions for uploading your document:

- Click on “upload presentation” on the “To-dos” column and follow the process for uploading your presentation
